Fillet of Lamb (halal) and braised shoulder, fondant potato, creamed cauliflower, roast carrot and crispy shallot.

Mimosa launched a new, updated for 2019, menu of plated meals for sit down dinners this month. This style of catering is ideal for weddings, seated events and private parties. We offer 2-3 courses with a wide range of seasonal starters, mains and desserts.

STARTERS

The starter are the first bites of food your guests will remember from your party and sets the tone for the rest of the evening. Choose a light starter that will leave them room for more…

We love this goats cheese & roasted beetroot plate served with pickled radish, walnut and crisp breads as well as this Spring inspired smoked chicken with charred spring onion, slow roast cherry tomatoes, quail egg and celeriac remoulade.

MAIN COURSES

The Main course should wow your guests and is the centerpiece of the whole dinner. We offer vegetarian, vegan, meat, allergy friendly and halal options to suit all dietary restrictions and personal preferences.

Choose a roast chicken breast with potato croquette, butternut squash purée, watercress & roast chestnuts or how does a tender filet of lamb with  fondant potato, creamed cauliflower, roast carrot and crispy shallots sound?

DESSERTS

Dessert – many guests favourite course! Choose from a varied selection of delicious seasonal desserts like our airy chocolate mousse with hazelnut crumble or a light vanilla cheesecake with fresh strawberries and elderflower jelly
